As Pars Kalite Inspection Services, we commit to fully meeting the requirements of TS EN ISO/IEC 17020, TS EN ISO/IEC 17024 and TS EN ISO/IEC 17065 standards in our inspection, personnel and product certification activities.
Impartiality
We adhere to the principle of absolute impartiality in all our certification activities and make our decisions without being subject to any external influence or pressure.
Competence
We allocate the necessary training and resources to ensure and continuously develop the competence of all our personnel involved in certification activities.
Conformity
We comply with all relevant standards, legal requirements, and accreditation rules, and continuously review and improve.
Equality
We treat all applicants and certified persons/products equally and fairly, and provide services without discrimination.
Our Corporate Commitments
1. Quality Management System: We establish, implement, and continuously improve a quality management system in accordance with TS EN ISO/IEC 17020, TS EN ISO/IEC 17024 and TS EN ISO/IEC 17065 standards.
2. Resource Allocation: We provide the necessary human resources, infrastructure, and financial resources for the effective execution of certification activities.
3. Confidentiality: We keep all information we obtain about applicants and certified persons/products confidential.
4. Complaints and Appeals: We evaluate all complaints and appeals impartially, fairly, and timely, and resolve them.
5. Continuous Improvement: We regularly review our activities, measure our performance, and work for continuous improvement.
