It is an official application against certification decision, examination result, suspension or cancellation decision. It must be made within 7 days of the event subject to appeal.
What is a Complaint?
It is the reporting of dissatisfaction regarding service process, examination implementation, personnel behavior or communication. Complaints can be made at any time.
