Non-Destructive Testing
Accredited NDT inspection and reporting services
What is Non-Destructive Testing?
Non-destructive testing (NDT) is the collective name for all methods used to detect surface-breaking discontinuities or subsurface discontinuities invisible from the surface, without damaging the integrity of the component or structure being inspected, whether individually or as a whole, in dynamic-static structures and their components.
At Pars Kalite, we provide services with our expert team and state-of-the-art equipment in the field of non-destructive testing. All our inspection processes are conducted in accordance with international standards and documented with detailed reports.
Our Advantages
Application Areas
Our NDT Inspection Methods
We provide services in all non-destructive testing methods according to international standards
Radiographic Testing
Detection of internal structural defects using X-ray and gamma rays. Used for inspection of weld seams, castings and pressure vessels.
Ultrasonic Testing
Detection of internal discontinuities using high-frequency sound waves. Effective for thickness measurement and lamination detection.
Magnetic Particle Testing
Detection of surface and near-surface defects in ferromagnetic materials. Used for crack, weld defect and fatigue damage detection.
Penetrant Testing
Detection of surface-breaking discontinuities using liquid penetrant. Can be applied to metal, ceramic, glass and plastic materials.
Visual Testing
Examination of visible defects and discontinuities. Forms the basis of all NDT methods and is the first inspection step.
Eddy Current Testing
Inspection of conductive materials using electromagnetic induction. Widely used for inspection of tubes and heat exchangers.
