As PARS KALİTE, our primary goal is to become a pioneer, especially in the NDT sector and in other industries, by implementing an effective Quality, Environmental, and Occupational Health & Safety Management System for our personnel, taking into account the best and correct practices in the sector and worldwide. Our company will keep pace with the requirements of the age, accurately analyze customer expectations, and meet our customers' needs in the shortest time possible with high quality and reasonable prices; we aim to be a company that is trusted for its quality and respected by both its employees and employers.
As PARS KALİTE, we are committed to fulfilling applicable obligations, national and international standards, and legal requirements, and to demonstrating the necessary dedication for the continuous improvement of the systems we have established in order to enhance their performance. Our goal is to increase and sustain customer satisfaction by providing services that meet customer appreciation and demands.
Our company acts with awareness of its internal and external issues, sets objectives and quality targets in line with PARS KALİTE's aims, and manages business processes accordingly, which are among the fundamental objectives of our quality policy. We also aim to comply with environmental legislation, administrative regulations, and sectoral obligations, ensure efficient use of natural resources, protect the environment, prevent pollution, and add positive value to the environment.
We are committed to complying with occupational health and safety legislation and administrative regulations, creating a healthy and safe working environment, preventing work accidents and occupational diseases, achieving the highest level of global standards in this area, and making this sustainable.
We will raise our OHS performance to the highest levels by taking into account the views and suggestions of our employees on occupational health and safety matters.
As PARS KALİTE, our management system is established in full integration with the jointly implemented standards: “TS EN ISO/IEC 17020 General Criteria for the Operation of Various Types of Inspection Bodies”, “TS EN ISO/IEC 17024 Conformity Assessment - General Requirements for Bodies Operating Certification of Persons”, and “TS EN ISO/IEC 17065 Conformity Assessment - Requirements for Bodies Certifying Products, Processes, and Services”. While fulfilling the requirements of each system (ISO 9001, ISO 14000, ISO 45001) separately, the systems applied in common areas must also meet the requirements of each individual system. Based on this necessity, while providing services to customers with good professional and technical practices:
• In the inspection activities we provide within the scope of TS EN ISO/IEC 17020, we will never compromise on the principles of independence and confidentiality.
• In the personnel certification activities we provide within the scope of TS EN ISO/IEC 17024, we will treat all candidates fairly and never compromise on the principles of confidentiality and impartiality.
• In the product certification activities we provide within the scope of TS EN ISO/IEC 17065, we will never compromise on the principles of independence and confidentiality.
Regarding customer satisfaction, PARS KALİTE will strive to further improve our current system, which allows all kinds of suggestions, appeals, complaints, and requests to be communicated easily. Expectations collected by appropriate methods within this system will be handled in accordance with the principles of confidentiality; they will be evaluated fairly, not contrary to legal requirements and company policy, and feedback will be provided to customers. At every stage of our service delivery, we will handle our accepted responsibilities with a focus on customer satisfaction. In our sectoral areas of activity, we will offer successful professional and technical practices, set the benchmark, and be a company that provides high-quality and reliable services to our customers.
We will provide all our personnel with administrative and technical competence; ensure that they are knowledgeable about quality documents and implement them in their own units; and provide training regarding work ethics, impartiality, confidentiality, occupational safety, customer relations, and similar guidance topics so as to continuously improve the level of well-being in our infrastructure and work environment and elevate both the technical standards of our personnel and the company.
As PARS KALİTE, we undertake that we will never enter into any financial gain relationship under the name of credit, debt, etc. with our customers, nor will we accept any illegitimate expectations from customers arising from such relationships.
PARS KALİTE will identify risks related to impartiality, independence, and confidentiality, periodically review these risks, take preventive measures, and continuously work to minimize or eliminate the risk level. In all services we provide, we will fulfill all obligations of the law and regulations.
